PPM, a.s. is a leading provider of residential and non-residential property management services. We have been operating in the real estate market since the early 1990s, for over 25 years. Our main specialization is the administration for the community owners in new buildings or buildings shortly after the reconstruction. In recent years, we have also been focusing on comprehensive facility services.
In PPM, a.s. our goal is perfect and quality service. We focus on good communication with the client, using modern tools such as the "client zone" or "Info SMS" service, which we inform customers about repairs within the facility or within the location. Of course, the insurance of our activity is up to the amount of 50,000,000 CZK.
Our PPM company operates in most locations in the capital city of Prague. We manage less than 12,000 residential units. Outside of Prague, we also operate in Spindleruv Mlyn.
